Find the right program

The right program for every stage

Most families start here. Five programs for different ages and parts of the day — tell us your child’s age and we will help you find the right fit.

    3 months to age 1

    Infant Care

A calm room where babies are held, talked to and followed at their own pace — with feeding, sleep and comfort handled the way you would at home.

    Explore Toddlers

  • A teacher and a child seated at a table working on a craft activity in a classroom
    3-year-olds

    Preschool

For 3-year-olds who are ready for a new stage — new questions, new independence, and bigger ideas to explore.

What is different

What makes Little Explorers different

Every center says it is warm and safe. These are the specific things you can check on a visit.

  • Spanish first, then English

Spanish is the primary language in our infant, one-year-old and two-year-old classrooms. English becomes the primary language in our three- and four-year-old classrooms.

  • Built around a working day

Open Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • How we keep you in the loop

We share updates with families through Procare, and many of our classrooms also connect with parents over WhatsApp. If you would like to talk with your child's teacher directly, we can set up a meeting.

Life here

See a day of learning, play and discovery

Real moments from our rooms, activities and outdoor time.

  • Four children standing together on an outdoor playground with their arms around each other
  • A child at a play kitchen sink with a painted-on whiskers face
  • A child smiling in a classroom, with other children and a teacher seated at a table in the background
  • Children playing on outdoor playground equipment

How children learn

Learning that looks like playing

Young children learn through doing — creating, moving, talking, exploring and making sense of the world around them.

  • Art

Painting, drawing and making, every day. Fine motor control, and the discovery that you can have an idea and then hold it in your hands.

  • Movement

Running, jumping and dancing, twice a day. Room to move, coordination to practice and energy to use.

  • Language

Bilingual stories, songs and conversation, once a day. Children practice expressing themselves and meet a second language naturally.

  • Math

Counting, sorting and pattern games, once a day, make numbers part of everyday play.

  • Outdoors

Nature, weather and sensory play in our outdoor space, twice a day — where curiosity has more room than it does indoors.

For the grown-ups

Choosing child care is partly about your child and partly about whether the logistics survive a Tuesday.

Ask us anything

The safety questions worth asking

Safety claims are easy to write and harder to verify. These are the kinds of questions worth asking when you visit.

  • Who is allowed to pick up my child, and how is that checked?
  • What happens if my child gets sick or hurt during the day?
  • How is adult coverage handled in my child's room throughout the day?
  • What emergency procedures are in place, and how are they reviewed?
  • How can I verify the school's licensing information?

Bring your questions with you. A tour is the right time to talk through what matters most to your family.

Before you visit

Questions families ask first

Quick answers to the questions families ask most. Find more on our full FAQ page.

  • Which programs do you offer?

We offer Infant Care, Toddler Care, Preschool, VPK and After School. The first four are organized around age, and After School is available for children ages 3 to 10. Tell us your child's age on the tour request and we will point you to the right program.

  • How does the bilingual program actually work?

It depends on your child's age. In our infant, one-year-old and two-year-old classrooms, Spanish is the primary language. In Preschool and VPK — our three- and four-year-old classrooms — English is the primary language. We do not promise fluency in either language; what we aim for is comfort and the confidence to use it.

  • What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • What happens on a tour?

A tour is a chance to see Little Explorers in person, ask questions and get a feel for the school. Requesting a tour does not enroll your child or commit you to anything.

  • Is my tour time confirmed straight away?

Not automatically. Your preferred day and time are part of your request; our team contacts you directly to confirm the visit. All times shown on this site are Eastern Time.

  • Will my child be ready for kindergarten?

We do not promise a specific outcome for an individual child. During your tour, ask us about the Preschool and VPK experience and how families can prepare for the transition to kindergarten.
